Here at Flexmobile, we sell only the best devices. While all devices have been inspected and certified by our providers, problems can occur. For reassurance and safety, we provide a 90 days manufacture defects warranty which covers anything wrong with the internals of the device (Not Including Battery Issues). If there is an issue with the device, please ship or visit our store, Flexmobile, and our specialized staff will see whether the device is covered under our warranty. This may take a few days, depending on the problem that has occurred to the device. Once we deem the device covered, an exchange can be provided for our valued customers.

Any device shipped back must be paid for by the occupant.
