Warranty Policy

Here at FlexMobile, we sell only the best devices. While all devices have been inspected and certified by our providers, problems can occur. For reassurance and safety, we include a free 90 days manufacture defects warranty which covers anything wrong with the internals of the device. If there is an issue with the device, please ship or visit our store, FlexMobile and our specialized staff will see whether the device is covered under our warranty. This may take a few days, depending on the problem that has occurred to the device. Once we deem the device covered, an exchange can be provided for our valued customers.

Details

Please contact us at flexmobile@outlook.com for claims with subject the "Extended Warranty Claim."

The extended warranty has to be purchased within 14 days of purchase of the device

It will start after the end of the 90 days warranty, included with the purchase of every device.

Extended warranty is for manufacture defects with the device only.

Does not cover:

Accidental damage, physical damage, fall damage, water damage, battery, or any user error.

Repair Process

$0 deductible

Extended warranty claims will be repaired or replaced if the device cannot be repaired.

Must be shipped to us for repairs.

Shipping will be covered.

Extended Warranty will be voided if repairs are attempted by anyone other than our certified technicians.
